Shipping Policy
- All orders less than 55 gallons are shipped via Federal Express Ground in accordance with all Department of Transportation hazmat regulations.
- 5 gallon orders and over ship HazMat and will thereby cost a little more to ship. For an estimate please feel free to contact us!
- Orders less than 5 gallons can be delivered to a PO Box.
- Because all orders ship via ground service, we are currently unable to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US island territories.
If you require our physical address to complete your state's form, please use:
Ethanol Extraction
3522 South S.R. 104
La Porte, IN 46350
Signature of an adult over the age of 21 is required at time of delivery, no exceptions.
- FedEx currently tacks on $5.25 extra to check a signature at the time of delivery, and this as well as Federal Excise tax is included in the price of the product.
- If you know you will be unable to be present at the time of delivery to prove you are over 21, we can request FedEx to hold the package at their nearest location, where you can pick up your package at your convenience. FedEx will do this for no charge, but we need to request this step as we are setting up delivery, please let us know and we'll apply that change to your order when it comes through. We will then update you with the location address.
